My car stalled after going through water on a flooded road, and Guilford Texaco was called by AAA to pick me up. Josh arrived promptly and was so kind, advised me to take pictures of the road for insurance purposes, loaded up my car and dropped me at the rental car company on the way to taking my car to the dealer. He was respectful, knowledgeable and caring. Thanks, Josh, for making a bad day just a little brighter.

Down to earth, fair-valued, honest evaluations, repairs and maintenance. The owners and staff take the time to assess, evaluate and explain the work and are considerate of "what is absolutely necessary" and "what can wait". I've been there several times thinking I had a huge mechanical issues and walked away paying nothing to very little after they took the cars on the road and checked the engine on the lift... "just a few wires and a fuse...you're all set". Im glad I finally found a straight and narrow auto shop on the Shoreline!
