I hired Diane Popolizio last summer to sell my house and was so disappointed that I could cry. I am rarely that upset. She allowed people to go through my home and ruin items of clothing, my stereo, and steal letters and documents from my files. She was also dishonest about her ability to sell my house for the price she promised when I signed the contract to employ her. She was intrusive, demeaning, degrading, disrespectful of my time but demanded that I respect her time. She quickly lowered the price of the house by tens of thousands of dollars finally leading to believe that she outright lied about the original projected price just to get me to sign a contract with her. I finally asked to be let out of my contract with her because she was so insensitive and abusive. The pain, inconvenience, and sheer trauma that this woman and her associates caused me is unquantifiable. I actually had to deal with the death of a loved one as a direct result of her incompetence. I truly resent this woman and can't state more emphatically my concern about her values, integrity, lack of compassion, and empathy. Do not trust this woman if you are at all vulnerable. She will take full advantage.
