I had to deduct a star because they lead you in and out with music. It cuts into about 15 to 20 minutes of your time. You can't control the volume or even shut it off. When I went the music was too loud for me to relax and settle in. I ended up getting out of my tank, putting my towel on and asking the guy at the desk if there was a way that I could adjust it. He said sorry and that he was the only one. You'd think after I told him it was too loud that he'd lower the volume for when it came back on to let you know it was the end, but he did not, so I was jolted back to reality by the blast of the music. I ended up leaving with tension and not feeling fully relaxed.
I love this place! Grateful to have it close to home. Float On!
