Several hours later I got a call that the car I set.
The guy at the counter seems nice enough, and if you are one of the lucky ones to actually get your car worked on, I'm sure the work is fine. But I refuse to give business to a place that doesn't value my time while they chit chat with their regulars at the counter.
I had an appointment to get my wheel checked out as it was making noise. They rode along with me to check out the noise, and then I proceeded to sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half, while my car sat in the parking lot.
I was told that diagnostic would be $90.
Nice. Never go back.
I brought my car for check engine light diagnostic, and I already knew the error code and what it means. This error code could be a result of several different problems and I asked to run diagnostic on what exactly it was.
It was my second visit to this place. First time I had some issues and they did a lot of unnecessary work, just to charge me extra money.
I went to the place and they told me that I need to go to the dealer to do software update, because they can't run diagnostic without.
AND they charged me $110.. For what? For that they can't do diagnostic?
If you ever want to be spoken down to and feel like your business is more of annoyance then anything else this is a great place to start!
Went to them for emissions and asked for an oil change and found I had been duped at some other placed. Picked up problems with my steering wheel and made them so much better. Pulled a face when I told them how much another place had said it would cost. The waiting room is very nice. My new go to garage!
Over priced. Made up things that needed repaired. Charged me $400.00 when I brought it in for a check up. That covered a clamp and a hose. All of which I could have gotten under $50 bucks and put in my self. Truck actually had more problems after they got done. i wouldn't use ever again.
