Palumbo's has state of the art equipment - we used Palumbo's for new tires. Choosing local beats the hassle of the dealer (or uncertainty of a tire shop). Happy to have found quality repair shop with people who are not only skilled, but care to do the job right.
I've always really disliked auto shops. But my experience at Palumbos was excellent. I went in saying that I needed new brake pads and rotors and left my car there, a few hours later I got a call saying that my brakes were in good shape and the reason I had thought I needed new brakes was something else entirely, which they promptly resolved. I couldn't believe it, an honest shop!!! They could have easily just charged me $600 and replaced the brakes and I would have been none the wiser. I am very impressed. These folks are absolutely worth it. If you want your vehicle to be taken care of, these are the people you want doing it. And to top it off, they are extremely pleasant to deal with, which is like the cherry.
After getting a laundry list of parts and labor from the BMW dealer I was sceptical I was being taken for a ride because I use a wheelchair and can't really check for myself. Well I took my car back and brought out here to find that the pump and check valve I was told to replace were plugged and didn't need any parts at all. Emissions passed and checked up and in a few hours. 5 stars!!!!! gotta appreciate honesty these days!
