I called these guys to see if I could purchase a new computer and have it set up and installed at my house little did I know they do not service my area and that still didn't stop them from trying to help me and answer all my questions in detailed I can't wait till they come to my neck of the woods if they ever do I will use them and recommend them to everyone. Great service guys keep up all the hard work it's hard to find a good business these days. Just fantastic customer service unbelievable!
It is very overpriced! A charge for an evaluation, a charge for hourly labor, charge for parts, even a charge for data transfers! Very sad considering they're a small business meant to serve families
I first called geek squad but they said that they don't fix computers that get a virus. Then I called nerds to go. If it wasn't for nerds to go, I would of had to buy and thousand dollar computer.

I bought an old Windows 98 machine with a floppy Drive so it would run a program I had via floppy. I couldn't get it to connect and communicate with my Panasonic printer but, the techs got it fixed fast and for a reasonable price and even tested it out with my printer before I picked it up to make sure it would print. Everything works fine and i'd use them again.
