EMILY, the manager, gave the best customer service that I have ever experienced with 20 years of Verizon. She is a great communicator and answered every question. This location gave an A++ experience.
Great store, even better service and best people!! Shout out to Shakeerah - phenomenal!!! We were not looking forward to the trip to our phone upgrade - but we had the best experience there. Shakeerah was personable, friendly and knowledgeable!!
David Mikus was so considerate and professional. I have been a verizon customer for many years and visited David yesterday and asked if he could help me load my phone gallery to my lap top. He didn't hesitate to assist me. So appreciative for his support and great customer service. One more reason I stay with Verison.
I went back this evening to pick up the phone and again what a delight working with her.
Emily and her colleagues were exceptionally helpful. This is now my favorite Verizon store in the area. Highly recommended.
I usually do not write reviews. But Dave M. and crew certainly deserve one. I received the best service EVER! They stood by me and got Verizon to replaced my phone. Also got all the help I needed setting up the new one. I'm an old fart and don't do tech anything well at all. But with Dave and his co-workers that doesn't matter. Very nice experience all around!
