2 weeks later I called and explained the situation to a guy who answered...he said he'd look into it and call me right back....nothing.
The sawmill is a bit out of the way but I have always found the employees in the mill to be helpful.
Buy your hardwood mulch from the source. Marlowes price is much better than the retailers
I went there, handed the woman my lumber list looking for a price....never heard back.

Finally sent an email....no reply. It is clear they don't actually want to sell lumber. Go to Zuwalik instead.
