I have never written a review for a store. In this case I feel I owe it to the potential buyer. Be warned! Think twice about spending your money here!

When the cabinets arrived , they were of poor quality.
unfortunately resulted in my losing the warranty on the cabinetry.
They are eager during the sale process and unavailable when anything goes wrong.
Caroline is an amazing designer who has many years of experience creating what you never imagined possible! She looks at the whole room and doesn't just replace cabinets but designs a whole new space! Customer service is great, any issues are handled quickly. I have used her for multiple projects and HIGHLY recommend her to everyone I know for any kitchen or bath work!
New England Supply runs an unethical business.
Do not buy from this business. They don't care about customer service. We spent over $5,000 on fixtures and cabinets. The delivery was late and held up our renovations. When it arrived the cabinets were of a poor quality. We tried for almost a year to get satisfaction it took over 3 months and repeated requests to get a factory rep to visit. We finally gave up when the manager of the branch called us to say he had discussed our case with the owner of Supply New England was prepared to offer us a discount on new cabinets. These guys are a joke. I regret ever dealing with them. They don't appear to care about anything after the check has cleared. I am going to post everywhere I can to get the word out so others don't make my mistake.
When I contacted Caroline, the seller, regarding these issues she let days go by without responding,later claiming she had a problem with her computer.
Exposed staples inside the cabinets, drawers and cabinets did not line up , there were obvious seams in the wrong places,dovetailing was rough and unfinished , subcrown piece was sent in two pieces and bottom of top cabinet was bowed. I could not open and close the drawers smoothly as almost every cabinet was not square.
I'll never forget last year walking in and waiting patiently behind another customer for about 10 min. as the gentleman was finishing up another gentleman walked in and stood next to me so the guy in front of me leaves and then the counter guy asks the guy next to me what he needs..so I said sir I believe I was next the counter guy stairs at me with this who the hell are you look and says.. we take care of frequent customers first .. I said really.. he said yeah really it's always been like that here.. wasn't sure if it was true or not I just gave it the ok waited then got my stuff and left. Just a strange experience and personally will never go back.
Approximately a year ago I purchased my entire kitchen at New England Supply. It is not a very large kitchen, but I was assured that for my $17,000 I was getting high quality Fieldstone cabinetry.
